This is a privately owned modern chalet and is maintained to a high standard.
Cedar Park is a quiet secluded location close to coastal paths. This is easily accessed directly from the site where you can relax and enjoy walks with panoramic views over the breakwater, Plymouth Sound and towards Cornwall. Also ideal location for water sports, sailing and diving facilities at Mount Batten which is bout 5 minutes drive away, where there is a water taxi to Plymouth's historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe, home of Sir Francis Drake and bowling green. Boat trips run from the Barbican to the dockyard.

There are 3 sandy beaches about 5 minutes walk from the chalet. It is very safe for bathing, café and shop are nearby. The village of Down Thomas is 5 minutes away with a pub and shop.

The Plymstock Broadway shopping pedestrian area is 15 minutes drive and Plymouth City Centre 6 miles. Stables at Wembury 5 minutes away Cornwall is within easy reach, Dartmoor is close by as is the Torbay English Riviera A new Life Centre with Olympic size facilities is about 30 minutes drive. Cream tea on arrival (if required)
