Goodrington Boating Lakes - Youngs Park
Fun for all the family!!
Goodrington Boating Lake is the home of pedal power swan boats and motorised bumper boats, situated in beautiful Youngs Park, Goodrington, Paignton, to the rear of lovely Goodrington Sands.
Whether you are a visitor to Devon or local and you want to have some fun then this is the place to come. If you enjoy a leisurely activity then why not take to the water for a relaxing cruise around the lake in one of the swan boats - unless of course it's your turn to pedal! Then again, it's a good way to keep fit. The swan boats seat up to 5 people.
If a splashing time is your preference then the bumper boats are for you. These are the aquatic equivalent of a fairground bumper car, only there's every chance you'll get wet! You'll have a great time driving the boat around the lake, bumping into others and spinning it round and round - dizziness guaranteed. Adults beware - these boats will bring out the child in you!
The bumper boats seat 1 or 2 people. Children under 12 must be accompanied on all boats by an older child or adult.
Opening hours April - September: Daily 10am-5pm (Subject to weather conditions) Pre-bookings also taken for large groups or parties.
