Black Friars Distillery has been the working home of the world famous Plymouth Gin since 1793.

Plymouth Gin The visitor centre offers guided tours around the fully working distillery, a fascinating insight into the history of gin distillery and an opportunity to sample some of its delights!

Visitors to the Distillery may also sit back and relax in the fabulous Refectory Bar. This architecturally stunning bar is said to be where the Pilgrim Fathers spent their final night in Plymouth before setting sail on their journey to the new world.

There is also a café where visitors can enjoy some of the finest local food and drink as well as a fully stocked gift shop where you can purchase your very own bottle of Plymouth Gin.
