Welcome to Barritshayes, nestling in
the heart of the stunning Coly Valley, East Devon.
Our beautifully appointed self-catering
holiday cottages, 'The Dairy' and 'The Granary', are equipped to
a high standard in a quiet, rural location with swimming pool and
tennis court.

The Dairy and The Granary
are superbly equipped, with new kitchens. Facilities including washer/dryer,
microwave, tv, video, hi-fi, garden furniture and bbq.

Each sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms
and a sofa bed in the living room. Both cottages have their own
gardens from which you can sit and watch the sun set over the hills
in the evening.
Bed linen, house towels, electricity and heating are included.
Farmhouse Bed &
Breakfast
Bed
and breakfast is in a separate wing of the house comprising a large
double bedroom with sitting area, tv, and wash basin; an attic room
with twin beds; private bathroom. Breakfast is served in the
dining room and local produce is used if possible.
Facilities
Guests are welcome to use our outdoor
heated swimming pool which is open from May to October.
There is an all year round hard tennis
court and games room with table tennis, board games etc as well
as croquet in the garden and other games for children and adults.
Cycle hire and horse riding can be arranged
to explore the beautiful countryside all around or perhaps you’d
just prefer to relax and soak up the vistas which surround the farm.
Seaton and East Devon
Barritshayes is only a short drive from
Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe where sailing, boating,
fishing trips and other seaside activities can be enjoyed.
The Coly Valley is renowned for its
wildlife - kingfishers and otters can be seen along the river bank.
A network of footpaths and bridleways allow you to enjoy the magnificent
scenery.
