Biteford Cottages are two of the most privately situated holiday cottages in North Devon adjacent to the upper reaches of the Torridge River. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, family owned and run, Biteford Cottage and Orchard Lodge self catering holiday homes are set in open countryside near Hartland, North Devon.

ACCOMMODATION

Biteford Cottage (sleeps 4)

A pretty converted barn at Biteford set within beautiful countryside. The property has been decorated with much charm enhancing its olde worlde character with exposed beams and wooden floors.

The well-equipped accommodation offers TWO bedrooms:

1 double and 1 twin on the ground floor. Open plan Kitchen/diner/lounge on the first floor with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and many useful extras. TV, DVD and video.

Far reaching views of surrounding countryside with glorious sunsets from the lounge/dining area. Downstairs bathroom with WC. Washing machine and storage room also on ground floor.

Privately situated with own entrance and parking. Large garden with grassed play area, furniture and BBQ.

Bed linen and electric included. Central heating an extra cost via meter. Regret no pets allowed.

Orchard Lodge (sleeps 4)

A newly constructed delightful wood lodge situated in an idyllic spot at Biteford with pleasant views over the surrounding countryside beyond.

The lodge offers TWO bedrooms:

1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Large lounge /diner with TV, video etc. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and Washing Machine. Bed linen, electric and Central Heating included. Regret no pets.

Privately situated with own entrance and parking. Large garden with grassed area to play and newly planted orchard. Decking area in front of lodge with garden furniture and BBQ.

Tariffs for one couple are the same as Biteford Cottages, and a single daybed is available for a 3rd guest at £25 per night
