The Cottages are set in 4 peaceful acres on the southern slopes of Dartmoor with fantastic views over the beautiful South Hams countryside and the sea. Each of our six cottages have been furnished and equipped to a high standard.

ENCHANTING HOLIDAY COTTAGES

Each cottage has information on the local area and attractions making planning you stay an enjoyable experience.

The cottages are available for self- catering holidays throughout the year either weekly, shorter stays or romantic breaks. We also offer B & B / evening meal outside peak holiday times.

The Cottages have been converted to the highest standards with many of the original features of the Victorian Barns incorporated including the beams.

The cottages surround a granite cobbled courtyard. All Cottages are spacious and have a Colour TV and video, mini stereo cd, cass, rad.

Each lounge has a suite and comfortable easy chairs. The kitchens have hobs, electric ovens, fridge/freezes, microwaves and a dishwasher plus ample glasses, dishes etc.Combi-Gas fired boilers provide instant hot water and radiator central heating.

We do ask that there is no smoking in the cottages.

There is a separate area for laundry. A specially created BBQ area is set in the trees.

COTTAGE ACCOMMODATION

Shire Cottage sleeps 10+
(5 Twin all en suite)

The separate kitchen has a 5 burner gas hob and double electric oven + grill, 2 fridges one with a freezer compartment, a combination microwave and a dishwasher plus ample glasses, dishes etc.

There are 5 twin bedrooms all en-suite ( shower & basin & wc).

Lower Barn Cottage sleeps 6
(Double en suite + 2 twins)

At one end of the cottage there is an ensuite double bedroom ( shower & basin & WC ). The lounge / diner / Kitchen area are in the middle. There are two twin bedrooms at the other end of the cottage and a bathroom with a bath & a separate shower.

Buzzard Cottage sleeps 6 / 7
(Double en suite + 2 twins)

Lounge / Diner / Kitchen area are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an ensuite double bedroom ( shower & basin & WC). A bunk area with an extra bed and a bathroom with a bath & a separate shower. A twin bedroom is up a spiral staircase.

Badger Cottage sleeps 4 (1 double en suite + 1 twin)

The lounge / diner / kitchen area are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an ensuite double bedroom ( large shower & basin) with a four poster bed. A twin bedroom plus bathroom with a bath & a separate shower.

Farm Cottage sleeps 4 (1 double 1 twin)

The lounge / diner / kitchen area are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a four poster bed. A twin bedroom plus bathroom with shower and bath.

Stable Cottage sleeps 2+ (Double en suite)
