HOLIDAY COTTAGES

A choice of 6 very well equipped self-catering holiday Devon cottages sleeping between 2 and 17. The holiday cottages are available for holidays in Devon throughout the year, either Weekly or for Short Breaks or Walking Holidays.

We do ask that there is no smoking in the cottages. Pets must be well behaved and should not left unattended. There is a separate laundry area, wifi, ample parking, a BBQ area animals.

We are proud to have been awarded the Dartmoor Charter for Sustainable Tourism from Dartmoor National Park in recognition of the steps we have taken to operate in an environmentally friendly way & promote diversity of wild plants and animals.

All our self catering holiday cottages have been locally inspected by the Ivybridge Tourist Information staff and have been approved by the Dartmoor Partnership Ltd Local Inspection Scheme..

The Cottages have been converted to the high standards with many of the original features of the Victorian Barns incorporated including the beams. The cottages surround a granite cobbled courtyard.

All Cottages are spacious and have a Colour TV and video or dvd, mini stereo cd, cass, rad. Each lounge has a suite. The kitchens have gas hobs, electric ovens, Fridge/freeze, microwaves and a dishwasher plus ample glasses, dishes etc. Combi-Gas fired boilers provide instant hot water and radiator central heating.

Farm Cottage: Sleeps 4 Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a four poster bed. A twin bedroom plus bathroom with shower and bath. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen , dining area and cosy lounge.

Badger Cottage: Sleeps 4 Upstairs there are exposed original beams. An en-suite double bedroom with a four poster bed. A twin bedroom plus bathroom with shower and bath. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen , dining area and cosy lounge.

Shire Cottage: Sleeps 10 Five twin bedrooms all en-suite with showers. Fully fitted kitchen, dining room and large lounge , all on the ground floor. Able to accommodate 12 with extra beds in one of the bedrooms.

Buzzard Cottage: Sleeps 17, 2 double bedrooms 1 en-suite & one with facilities for wheelchair users, 3 twin bedrooms (2 en-suite) and a family room + separate bunk area with a separate bathroom with shower and bath. Fully fitted kitchen, cosy lounge & dining area.

Lower Barn Cottage: Sleeps 6 An en-suite double bedroom with a four poster bed , 2 twin bedrooms with a separate bathroom with shower and bath. Fully fitted kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge , all on the ground floor.
