Seven reasons to stay with us at Broadhayes this year. . .
Explore . . . ... the best the area has to offer, including the wilds of Dartmoor, the beautiful coast and beaches, Totnes, Exeter and Dartmouth, and a wealth of attractions, restaurants and pubs to suit everyone, even steam train enthusiasts and Agatha Christie fans! Or just relax and enjoy . . . ...our village and its peaceful tranquility, the garden terraces and orchard, the wonderful views and beautiful sunsets, and the starlit skies on your stroll back from the pub. But remember to leave room for breakfast . . . We are renowned for our breakfasts - not only because of the magnificent view from the dining room, but also for the delicious fresh fruit and compotes, homemade breads and preserves, eggs from our own hens, locally made sausages and even our home-grown tomatoes in summer. I'm delighted to provide special diets or particular favourites - just let me know when you book. We love children and animals too . . . ...but ask parents and guardians to remember this is the countryside, with things that sting and bite, trees to climb but also fall out of, and high walls to scramble around and tumble off. We have two dogs of our own, who are friendly to guests, human and canine. We just ask dog owners to remember the usual rules about clearing up after your pets and not allowing them to rampage through the flower beds in their excitement at being in such a special part of Devon. Sounds too good to be true? It isn't, as the Roy family, who came all the way from Calcutta in India to stay with us for a week in October, told us in our visitors book:
How to book . . . You can send a booking enquiry online now. You can telephone 01803 812440 or 07881 951 338. My email address is jane_parsons@hotmail.co.uk Deposits may be requested. We are delighted when you book to stay with us, and see it as a legally binding agreement on both sides. We may ask you for a deposit which you could lose if you cancel your booking less than seven days before you are due to arrive. Tariff & Availability . . . Magnolia the double room £80 per night for
