We
are organic dairy farmers on the South Devon coast and have five holiday
cottages on the farm, which are all within easy walking distance of the
coastal path and the lovely peaceful Wadham beach.
You can also walk along the coastal path to Mothecombe beach, famous for the filming of Sense and Sensibility and Hornblower.

The Mews. Sleeps 2 + 1 |

The Mews is situated close to Shepherd's
Cottage, but cleverly designed to give total privacy. It is ideal
for couples - a real "lover's nest". There is enough space
for a baby in a cot upstairs or a teenager downstairs on the bed
settee if needed. Rooms are open plan - Kitchen/Living area downstairs,
with woodburner and an elegant spiral staircase going upstairs to
the bedroom/bathroom. Look out over the green fields from your roll
top bath or step straight out the king-sized bed and through the
patio doors to drink morning coffee outside in the sunshine.

It has three bedrooms; one with king-sized bed and washbasin, a twin room and a room with 2 full size bunk beds. There is a bathroom upstairs and a second bathroom downstairs with shower, wc and sink. The sitting room has a woodburning stove and logs and kindling are stacked for your use. Corner Cottage is a few minutes walk from the coastal path and Wadham beach. Corner Cottage was totally renovated in 2008 to offer wonderful light and airy accommodation for up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms - 2 king-sized (1 ensuite), 2 twins and a room with 2 single beds (one 3' off the ground). Two of these bedrooms are downstairs, so ideal for anyone who finds stairs difficult. There are 3 bathrooms - 1 downstairs with bath, 1 upstairs with an antique roll-top bath & separate shower and the main bedroom is en-suite with a shower. The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan with lots of natural light and a woodburner. Dogs are very welcome (extra charge). |

Downstairs, you'll find 2 large living rooms
opening off a wide, flag-stoned hallway, 1 has a woodburner, the
other a polished wood floor and TV/Video & DVD. There's also
a playroom with daybed and pull-out bed under, table football, games,
toys and plenty of books. Outside in the garden there is
a wooden wendy house for children to play in and a small paddock
- ideal for knocking a ball about! The large, well equipped Kitchen/dining
room comprises a cherry red Aga plus electric hob and oven. |

Next to Corner Cottage, this "eco-lodge" has been built to a very high standard and is incredibly eco-friendly. It has a timber frame, triple glazing, solar panels and many energy and water saving features. Downstairs there is a hall, bathroom (bath with shower over) and an open plan kitchen and living room, with woodburner. Upstairs is a twin room and through that is a double room with king sized bed. Dogs are very welcome (extra cost). |

Our wonderful little beach hut is available to rent for 2 night weekend breaks during the warmer months. Situated on our isolated, totally private cove, the beach hut offers the chance to really escape for a few days away from it all! Where else can you enjoy your own private beach, totally isolated down a steep cliff path, with the most amazing views of the stunning South Devon coast and out to sea? Imagine lighting up the BBQ, cracking open a bottle of wine and just chilling out listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks... |
