is a magnificent three storey town house which has recently
been constructed on the site of the former Royal Castle Hotel,
which was a famous landmark frequented by George 5th and renowned
for its unique atmosphere. It is set on the cliffs of Lynton,
towering 500 feet above Lynmouth with stunning views of Exmoor
and the sea.
The accommodation is of an exceptionally high
standard throughout and will easily exceed all expectations.

The split level accommodation comprises:
- Ground floor: Open garage leading to front door and hallway.
There is a cloakroom and family room on this level. The
family room has a TV, DVD/video player, digital TV, music
system. It features a comfortable sofa. There is a large
selection of family games, CDs, DVDs and videos. There are
French doors leading to the rear of the property.
- First floor: There is a well equipped and large open
plan kitchen / dining room with integrated appliances including,
ceramic cooker and hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer
and microwave. The dining table seats six. There is a balcony
with views over Lynton.
- The living room has a balcony with fantastic views of
Exmoor and the sea. It has two comfortable leather sofas,
a flat screen TV, DVD/video player, digital TV and a music
system.
- Second floor: The master bedroom has a king-size bed
and sea views. There is an ensuite bathroom, with shower,
wc and basin.
- The second bedroom has twin beds and views over Lynton.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and basin.
- A travel cot is provided (please bring linen for the
cot) and a highchair. All other linen and towels, including
beach towels, are provided
- The house is surrounded by communal landscaped grounds
shared with the adjacent properties which includes a refurbished
viewing gazebo.
