It is ideally located in a peaceful, leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton.

It is eight miles from Exeter and five miles from Sidmouth. Chapter House is also only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal Path.

Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely, clean pebble beach, perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly.

Set in a great location this accommodation is a short stroll from the beach and town centre. This Victorian property is also a short stroll at the top of the lane from the Jurassic Coastal path.

The town features a number of great places to eat and drink. There is car parking for one car, and unrestricted off road parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road for people not wanting to travel by car.

We use local produce,and free range eggs.
