BED & BREAKFAST AND HOLIDAY COTTAGES HOLSWORTHY - NORTH DEVON

An idyllic setting in a beautiful village
in the heart of North Devon.

Jane and Darran Stockley run this cosy and conveniently located farmhouse bed and breakfast two miles from the little market town of Holsworthy in North Devon, close to the border with Cornwall.

We also have two self-catering holiday cottages available for weekly let and out of season short breaks. We manage a family-run small holding on the property's land which stretches to five acres.

A warm and friendly atmosphere awaits all who come to stay with us.

BED & BREAKFAST Prices range from £23 per person per night.

The accommodation comprises of one double ensuite room with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. A child's cot is available by prior arrangement. The room enjoy views across the gardens, woods and fields to the rear of the property towards the picturesque village church of St Leonards.

Breakfast is served in the elegant family dining room with its open fire place and clome oven. Whilst the bedroom has its own facilities, guests are welcome to relax in front of the wood burning stove in the family lounge, sitting quietly reading or playing a game of backgammon (various games are available).

HOLIDAY COTTAGES Prices range from £200 per week.

Our two self catering units are the Grade II Listed 16th Century Church Cottages located with the grounds of Claw House. One has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps a family of four whilst the other has one double bedroom sleeping two people. Both are centrally heated and have fully fitted kitchens with dining areas, fully fitted bathrooms and cosy lounges with feature fireplaces complete with wood burning stoves.

The cottages benefit from south facing private rear gardens, and guests are also welcome to make use of the extensive grounds of Claw House next door. There is ample on-site parking to the side of the properties.

The cottages will be let on a weekly basis. If you are looking for a shorter break let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

GOLFING BREAKS

We have linked up with Holsworthy Golf Club and are able to offer golfing days for our Bed & Breakfast and Holiday Cottage guests at their testing 18 hole par 70 (par 72 for ladies) scenic parkland course.
