The Corbyn is a modern thoughtfully designed concept in serviced accommodation. Purpose built and managed by Brights of Nettlebed, we provide very high standards in self catering with the option of maid service and adjacent informal and formal 2AA rosette restaurant facilities.

The Corbyn opened in 1993 and has been managed by the same team of people whose continued commitment ensures our English Tourist Board 5 star rating for quality and ambience. This same team has provided a warm and friendly welcome to thousands of guests.

ACCOMMODATION

Each suite comprises a luxurious and traditionally furnished lounge with TV, video, direct dial telephone and a kitchen fitted to a high specification including microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric cooker and fridge freezer.

All are equipped with ample Royal Doulton China, fine glassware and classically styled stainless steel cutlery with extras for friends 'dropping in'. A bacteriostatic water treatment system is installed in every suite; a fresh water fountain dispenses chlorine free, clearer water.

Each suite has either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms; every bedroom has its own bathroom (or shower and toilet), direct dial telephone, television and video link. Each of the seventeen suites is named after an impressionist artist and appropriately the suite has been hung with original oil paintings and fine art prints in the style of the artist featured.

LOCATION

The English Riviera covers the three towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. It is one of the most popular resorts in the UK and attracts visitors of all ages and interests throughout the year.

There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks for you to explore in a climate that is consistently much hotter than the rest of the UK. Along the 22 miles are 19 beaches. Some are open stretches of sand with beach facilities such as cafes, beach huts and watersports. Many more are smaller and more secluded. Several of Torbay's beaches hold coveted awards for cleanliness and water quality.
