The open plan living accommodation is on the first floor as this opens onto the patio and garden which has lovely uninterrupted views looking towards Dartmoor.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and double oven. The sunny spacious dining area has lovely views through large windows and patio doors, making the most of the lovely views to front and back. There is a large comfortable sitting room with wood burner, TV/DVD player, with original features including beamed ceiling. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

The three bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1 double en-suite, 1 twin and 1 single. There is also a bathroom/laundry room.

There is ample parking available in the courtyard, immediately outside the main entrance.

This recently converted barn is idyllically situated on the edge of Dartmoor, within easy reach of both the North and South coasts of Devon and Cornwall.

It is close to the market town of Tavistock, where all your needs can be met. Although it is in a truly rural setting in a small quiet complex with three other converted barns, it is easily accessible down a lane a quarter of a mile off the Okehampton Tavistock Road.
