de Beers – the barn

A beautifully converted stone barn in a stunning 2 acre setting overlooking Dartmouth Golf Course and surrounding open countryside. We are situated just a short distance from the town of Dartmouth and the lovely beaches of Blackpool and Slapton sands. The barn offers total peace and tranquillity in a most wonderful and relaxing environment.

The Accommodation

Is very tastefully decorated and furnished retaining many original features – the open plan living space has exposed wooden beams and a wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights! The floor to ceiling windows offer lots of light and wonderful countryside views…

The spacious bedrooms are all en-suite with big showers! The double bedrooms have king size beds – and superb mattresses!

The eco experience…

The barn has state of the art underfloor heating throughout…. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and designed with your comfort in mind offering a unique & memorable experience during your stay at deBeers.

The water comes from our underground spring.

Our hot water comes via solar panels (on sunny days only). The water used to flush the loo’s and for the washing machine is via a rainwater harvesting system.
