Hazelnut Barn is a charming barn conversion retaining most of it's original features yet tastefully modernised for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hazelnut Barn offers one double bedroom which features a king-size bed. This can be unzipped and treated as two singles if needed and a sofa bed in the bedroom can also be used for a small child, the room also has a TV. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and WC on the first floor. Ground floor comprises of an open plan lounge with woodburner effect electric fire.and kitchen/diner and separate WC.

To the rear of the property is a private, lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and Barbecue facilities. Parking is provided and dogs are welcome at an extra cost, please see tariffs. Access is available to the open paddock field which is adjacent to the barn's garden.

Chestnut Barn comfortably sleeps 4 people making it the ideal Devon holiday cottage for your family holiday.

The master bedroom has a double bed and TV and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is also a cot available if needed. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with shower and WC.

On the ground floor there is a comfortably spacious living room leading to kitchen/diner fitted out with all the appliances you will need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen leads to a large utility room and second WC.

To the rear of the property is a private, lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and Barbecue facilities. Parking is provided. Access is available to the open paddock field which is adjacent to the barn's garden, Ideal for kids and dogs to run off some energy. Dogs are welcome if we are notified in advance.

Ensis Farm is situated in a small village called Harracott which is 5 miles outside of Barnstaple, the commercial capital of North Devon Harracott is a sleepy village surrounded by working farms that seem untouched by time.

North Devon boasts one of the most fantastic coastlines in the country. From the rugged, dramatic coastal walks around Hartland to the wide open golden beaches of Saunton and Woolacombe, there is plenty of variety to suit all ages and abilities.
