The Lawns is the centre right apartment at the front of the Manor House, with a south facing aspect and wonderful views from its windows across the grounds to the lake.

The lounge doors lead directly to a large paved patio, surrounded by a balustrade wall which looks out over the immaculate lawns. The patio is private, sheltered and is furnished with a table, chairs and gas barbecue.

A private entrance leads directly to a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with fitted kitchen. Tastefully decorated, the lounge features a cream 3 piece leather suite, brown leather dining chairs and table, flat screen TV with freeview, video and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble-drier.

Stairs lead to a large open landing, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Brightly furnished throughout , the master bedroom has a large double bed, generous wardrobes and a comfortable armchair to relax in. The large second bedroom has 2 single beds and the bathroom features a bath, power-shower, toilet and hand basin, all equipped to a very high standard.

An individual cottage. The cottage front entrance leads into an open plan lounge with dinning area and fitted kitchen, with electric hob and oven, fridge and microwave.

Brightly furnished throughout, the Cottage has a light, modern feel. There is gas central heating, with radiators in every room.

Outside is a sheltered patio with table and chairs a barbecue and the sunny walled garden is close by.

We are a non-smoking cottage.

The Lounge area consists of a television and CD Player. Upstairs are one double and one small twin bedded bedroom and the bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin and equipped to a very high standard.

The walled garden is nearby, consisting of an orchard, large green picnic are and play area with children's play equipment.
