Glebe House is a late Georgian vicarage set in an elevated position above the village of Southleigh with stunning views over the lovely Coly Valley.

This lovely house has been the family home
of Chuck and Emma Guest for the last 27 years and is ideally situated for the exploration of Dorset and Somerset with the fossil laden cliffs of Lyme
Regis and Charmouth close by.

ACCOMMODATION

We have the following three rooms

A large comfortable family room with a double bed and two divans. This is a very sunny room with windows overlooking the valley and the garden. There is an en suite bathroom.

A double room with en suite shower, having twin divans that can be joined. This is a very light and sunny room facing east across the valley, so enjoying the morning sun.

A double room with double bed and en suite shower, facing west, overlooking the courtyard and the fields beyond.

LOCATION

Glebe House is set in an idyllic rural location in the heart of East Devon, yet only 2½ miles from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

The famous old fishing villages of Beer and Branscombe are 2 ½ miles and the lace town of Honiton is six miles.

Colyton, with the last traditional tannery in England is just down the valley and the Regency town of Sidmouth is to the west.

This is a wonderful area for walking, golf and riding.

Although secluded, there is an excellent choice of good pubs and restaurants close by.
