Two double bedrooms, one en-suite and one with private bathroom. Both have a refreshment tray, colour TV, clock radio, hairdryer and full central heating.

Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room at a time to suit you. Traditional, vegetarian or healthy options are available using homemade and local produce. Guests are welcome to use the comfortable sitting room and enjoy a log fire on a chilly evening.

Undercover parking for your car, dogs welcome by arrangement.

Kingsbridge, Salcombe and The South Hams

The market town of Kingsbridge stands at the head of the estuary. It offers a variety of small interesting shops, a cinema, weekly markets and a leisure centre with an excellent indoor pool.

An estuary boat trip will take you to the famous sailing port of Salcombe. Water sports and sea boat trips or simply enjoying a drink in the harbour side cafes, restaurants or bars watching other people ‘messing about in boats’ is a relaxing pastime.

Salcombe offers Overbecks, our nearest of many National Trust properties with its spectacular gardens and coastal views. The naval town of Dartmouth and the Elizabethan town of Totnes (Friday market is a must), are only a short drive away.

South Devon is a walkers paradise, whether your choice is the scenic coastal path or the open spaces of the Dartmoor National Park, we can offer guidance and maps to suit your stamina. Arrangements can also be made for lovers of riding, golf, sailing or water sports.
