Within minutes of the South West Coast Path and nearest beach, this spacious apartment with sea views and surrounded by a delightful coastal garden offers high quality, non-smoking accommodation for two guests.

A private entrance leads to a well equipped kitchen/diner and sitting room. (Washer-dryer, oven, micro-wave, fridge, TV & DVD player)

An attractive and comfortable double bedroom with en-suite shower room opens on to a south-west facing terrace, ideal for 'al fresco' dining, from which steps lead to a further private garden.

The Locality

A ten minute stroll takes you to Seaton, with its banks, supermarket and esplande, and also to the tram for the delighful small town of Colyton via the Wetlands Nature Reserve. A short cliff path walk leads to the charming fishing village of Beer and the lovely gardens at Pecorama, while a longer ramble to Branscombe can be rewarded at one of the two renowned pubs or at the National Trust Tea Rooms, or the cafe on the beach. A more strenuous route through the wilderness of the Undercliff Nature Reserve will bring you to Lyme Regis, a town of much character, with a welcome bus stop for the return journey!

Catering

A Waitrose at Sidmouth and a Co-op in Seaton provide excellent ready-meals for those wishing to eat in with minimum effort.

Together with easy off-street parking in a very quiet road the Garden Apartment offers an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the East Devon and West Dorset Heritage Coast.
