Nestling in the North Devon hills and 2 acres of gardens is the 18th century Kentisbury Mill where you will receive a warm welcome from Gail & Jim Evans. Starting at the old mill leat, gently sloping lawns lead down to a pond and Exmoor stream where guests can relax and unwind.

• 3 Miles from the North Devon Coast and just outside of Exmoor National Park.

ACCOMMODATION

Newly renovated to include en-suites, central heating and double glazed sash windows care has been taken to retain the Mill's character.

We offer a wide choice of breakfast, using local produce wherever possible (including fresh duck eggs from our two ducks) and cooked using our Aga. We are hoping to have our own chickens' spring 2008.

All rooms are maintained to a very high standard.

Swallow
Our largest room with either single or super king size beds and double shower.

Nuthatch
Which is in the oldest part of our home and full of character. It has a king size bed and 1920's smokers cabinet for the tea and coffee etc.

Wren
Which, as the name suggests, is our cosiest room. With a brass double bed it is also in the oldest part of the building and has an exposed section of the internal wall construction.

LOCATION

North Devon is an area of outstanding natural beauty with something for everyone be it walking across Exmoor, cycling the miles of national cycle trails or just looking in awe at the breathtaking North Devon coastline.

To the north of Kentisbury it is just 3 miles to the harbour beach of Combe Martin and 9 miles to the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Head west and the long sandy beach at Woolacombe or the surf of Croyde bay can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. East and you will soon find yourselves on Exmoor with its rugged beauty or Lynton and Lynmouth and their water driven cliff railway.
