Beautiful self-catering cottages and apartments are lovingly cared for by the resident owners. Lea Hill Cottages overlook a hidden Devon valley and command stunning views of woodland and meadows. Rest and relax in the well kept grounds and gardens and the spacious Hot Tub.

The accommodation has been converted from the farmhouse and its ancient barns. Delightful views are enjoyed from the sunny terrace of Lea Hill's 14th century farmhouse.

Graded four stars by Visit Britain, this pretty, thatched accommodation makes a comfortable home from home. This spacious apartment has been created from an ancient thatched barn retaining attractive period features. Delightful views are enjoyed from the cottage and the gardens.

There is an attractive, comfortably furnished living room, light and spacious with double aspect views across pretty countryside. The well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc adjoins the lounge. A small hallway leads to the balcony and to a roomy ensuite bedroom with over bath shower.

Quakers sleeps 4

A comfortable, self contained annex of our historic thatched farmhouse, Quakers has a bright, attractive lounge and a kitchen diner with beech worktops and dining area. Upstairs boasts original beams, an ancient screen and two delightful ensuite bedrooms - one double and one twin bedded (but linkeable into a king size double if required.)

Bed & Breakfast

B&B is available in the low season. In the main season late bookings only are available. All rooms are ensuite and luxuriously appointed with TVs, hair dryers, bathrobes, toiletries and tea or coffee making facilities.
