The six delightful luxury self catering holiday
cottages have underfloor heating and double-glazing, fully equipped
kitchens including washing machine/dryers, microwaves, dishwashers,
fridge/freezers and quality furnishings throughout. All cottages
have their own extensive private patio/garden areas, many with French
doors leading directly from the cottage. Cots and highchairs are
available.
Swallow's Nest- Sleeps 2 plus cot
Originally the carriage house and loft, this romantic
cottage has a kitchen/ lounge on the ground floor with washing machine/dryer,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and hobs; colour
tv and video with french windows to the patio and garden furniture.
Upstairs there is a large 6ft bed or twin 3ft
beds, en-suite with shower. Underfloor heating downstairs, radiators
upstairs.
Owls Roost - Sleeps 6 plus cot.
This first floor unit has commanding views over
the countryside and is reached by a flight of wooden steps incorporating
your own decked area. The kitchen-lounge is spacious and fully equipped
with washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer,
cooker and hobs; colour tv and video.
There is a double bedroom with colour tv and a
bedroom with two sets of large 3ft bunk beds. Bathroom with bath
and separate shower etc. Heating by radiators.
Woodcock - Sleeps 2
Often used by our disabled visitors.
Ensuite bedrooms both on ground floor The doors
are wide and there are no steps. This used to be the milling barn
where the grain was rolled and mixed to make the animals feed. It
has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/dryer, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven & hobs. Spacious lounge with colour
tv and video, with large french doors leading to garden and garden
furniture.
There is a double bedroom with colour tv, en-suite
shower, and a twin bedded room with large en-suite shower. The heating
is underfloor.
Dovecote - Sleeps

This used to be the barn where the cows were milked.
It sleeps six in two bedrooms. The accommodation has a large open
plan living-room with kitchen/dining area and on the first floor
one double/twin room with tv/en-suite and one double or twin room
with 3ft bunks, tv and ensuite facilities.

Large Holiday Cottage
4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor The farm’s working horses were
the original occupants of this barn and tack store with the hayloft
above them. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen
with washing machine/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer,
oven and hobs, leading to the lounge/diner with colour tv and video.
This room has two pairs of french doors leading to garden/patio
areas and a door into a large double ground floor bedroom with colour
TV & en-suite shower.
Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms. One
bedroom with a double and a single bed, colour tv and en-suite shower.
One bedroom with double & single bed & colour tv. One bedroom with
two sets of large 3ft bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower and airing
cupboard. Two patio areas with garden furniture.
Kestrel - Sleeps
4 Kestrel sleeps four in two bedrooms - both rooms are double
or twin with tvs and en-suite facilities. Ground floor comprises
kitchen, lounge and dining area.
Special Occasions
Little Bidlake provides the perfect location for family gatherings
and special occasions with plenty of room in the grounds for a large
marquee.

your horse on holiday with you! - Your horse will love trail riding.
A special facility at Little Bidlake is stabling and grazing. We
can provide detailed maps with rides for up to 25 miles on Dartmoor.

- all year round. Designated a National Park in 1951 Dartmoor has
a very special and unique 'wild' landscape, wildlife and history.
There are over 400 miles of footpaths and open moorland for visitors
to enjoy and the Devon coast is just half an hour away.
There are excellent opportunities for horse riding,
walking, fishing, cycling, climbing and golf.
Numerous historical and quaint hamlets, villages,
and moorland market towns provide the visitor with an extensive
range of interesting shops, and displays of local crafts.
