Dating back to Saxon times Longbow Barns is situated high up in the town of Dartmouth, Devon with commanding views down through the trees, over the town and out to the Dart estuary and sea, yet only a short distance down into the town and all its amenities.

One of the attractions of the Barn is that it comprises two apartments (Upper accommodates 4) (Lower accommodates 6) that can be rented separately or combined to give accommodation for up to 10. The Barn offers the perfect location for a family holiday or a get together with friends.

We offer weekly holidays or short breaks of either 2 or 3 nights or 4 or 5 nights duration.

UPPER APARTMENT Sleeps 4

Entrance: Entrance leading to upper apartment.
Living Room: Spacious L-shaped character room with natural stone walls, exposed beams as well as natural stone fireplace (not in use). Three picture windows to enjoy magnificent views. Large screen colour TV, DVD and video. Table & chairs for 6 people.
Kitchen: New fitted kitchen, full range of pine cupboards equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc.
Bedroom 1: Beamed ceiling, 5 foot pine bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV.
Ensuite: New modern bathroom with bath, shower wash basin, W.C. Mirror & shaving point.
Bedroom 2: Beamed ceiling, twin-bedded room, pine furniture, wardrobe, dressing table, TV.
Ensuite: New modern bathroom with shower, wash basin, W.C. Mirror & shaving point.
Outside: lawned area with seating and sea view.
Utility Room: Washer/ dryer and freezer.

LOWER APARTMENT Sleeps 6

Living Room: Comfortable room with 3 settees, TV, DVD and Video. Glazed doors lead to garden with fish pond with child safety grid. Living room and garden enjoy views over the town down to the estuary and out to sea.
Kitchen: Huge farmhouse kitchen, extensive range of cupboards equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Table chairs to seat 8 people.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedroom furnishings, hand basin, TV. Door to courtyard.
Bathroom 1: Bath with shower, wash hand basin with shaver point and W.C.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedded room, pine bedroom furniture, TV. Door out to courtyard.
Bathroom 2: Bath and shower, W.C. and wash basin with shaver point.
