Set in acres of patchwork fields in the stunning South Hams - designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ - and within easy reach of sandy beaches, charming countryside villages, the Dartmoor National Park and a wealth of tourist attractions, our cottages and on-site leisure facilities will delight you.
All cottages have been lovingly converted to retain their original charm and character, and furnished and appointed to the highest standards. Warm and cosy even in the winter, all have traditional character features including original beams and exposed stone and brickwork and - for the romantics among you - some have four-poster beds!
Fully fitted kitchens with all modern amenities, larger than average bathrooms and tastefully decorated bedrooms and living rooms are standard at Longcombe.
Finishing touches create a homely feel, including paintings and ornaments, some antique furniture, fresh flowers, bookshelves and magazines. Naturally, all bed linen and towels are provided (except for cot bedding and swimming towels), and you can pre-order your shopping from either Tesco's or Sainsburys home delivery services, so that you can start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive!
When you are taking a break from exploring, Longcombe has plenty of on-site leisure facilities available to keep you entertained come rain or shine. Our large indoor heated swimming pool and sauna is open all-year round, with its own changing rooms and toilets.

One of the great pleasures and a key aspect of holidays at Longcombe are the leisure facilities which are set in the attractive gardens and courtyard.
TRAMPOLINE The star attraction this year is, without doubt, the trampoline. Sturdy enough to take up to 22 stone it offers fun for all the family.
INDOOR SWIMMING POOL Warm all year round, our attractive pool is sure to give hours of fun and recreation. Many visitors start the day with a swim before taking off to beaches and local attractions and for some it provides daily exercise to work off all the cream teas! Because the pool is gently graded small children feel confident and many have learnt to swim at Longcombe.
The complex offers ladies and gents showers and also a
sauna. (£2 charge)
