Lower Rew Cottage sleeps 8 people and enjoys a unique location, surrounded by the tranquility of unspoilt countryside, so typical of the South Hams but with stunning local beaches only minutes away in the car or 20 minutes on foot.

The Salcombe area is charming all year round, the estuary boasts beautiful bays for swimming and sheltered waters for sailing.

With miles of coastal and inland footpaths to choose from, walking is a must. Every view is a pleasure, with picturesque coves, blue seas, charming thatched cottages and acres of farmland.

Salcombe has a fine choice of restaurants, pubs and individual quality shops. It buzzes with a magical atmosphere which is both infectious and relaxing.

ACCOMMODATION

• There is a sunny dining area with a peaceful view of Combe Valley, surrounding farmland and a glimpse of the coast at Prawle Point.
  
  
• The Galley kitchen is small but well equipped with all the essential appliances, microwave and
  dishwasher.
  
  
• A stone fireplace with wood burning stove is the focus of the cosy sitting room. It has a television, (basic sky reception), video, DVD and CD player.
  
  
• Just inside the main entrance is a utility / boot and coat room which houses a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and ample hanging space.
  
  
• Bedroom One is a good size with twin beds and far reaching views.
  
  
• The ground floor also has the benefit of a shower room.
  
  
• A Double bedroom with lovely view.
