Superb Indoor and Outdoor Leisure Facilities Approximately 30ft x 17ft, the indoor swimming pool has a Gothic timbered ceiling and an upper gallery feature. Elaborate, detailed brickwork and an inglenook fireplace complete this unique setting. The pool is heated and is for the exclusive use of resident guests. We now offer an infra red sauna and exercise room and are pleased to provide a games room with pool, snooker, skittles, table tennis, table football and air hockey. Outdoor Hot Tub(100F Degrees !) Relax and soothe away the stress with a glass of "bubbly"! Coarse Fishing.. Our one-acre lake is stocked with specimen carp, tench and rudd (record 28lbs!). Fishing is free of charge, with a maximum of two rods per person. 4 day short fishing breaks are available off-season. A wide range of other fishing options, including sea angling, is available in the area. Outdoor Swimming Pool The heated outdoor pool (approx. 50ft x 25ft) is open throughout the summer months only and features balustraded walling giving a Mediterranean feel. An attractive summerhouse and covered barbecue area are adjacent to the pool. Tennis The en-tou-cas all-weather court is available for use free of charge. Tennis rackets and balls can be hired. An Idyllic Location Malston Mill dates back to 1740 and was grinding corn until about 1900. It is now a private residence now offering six luxury self-catering cottages, personally owned and managed by Tony and Linda Gresham. Set in 16 acres of glorious peaceful Devon countryside less than 5 miles from the sea, there is an air of timeless tranquillity here, with the property overlooking parkland and landscaped gardens and our own well-stocked one-acre lake which guest are welcome to fish. Luxurious 4 Star Accommodation Enormous pride and effort has been taken in restoring Malston Mill to now offer accommodation of the highest standard. All six cottages are luxuriously and individually furnished to the English Tourism Council 4 Star grading. Original features include millstones, mill workings, old oak beams, and exposed stone and brickwork have been retained to maintain the character of the property. Personal details and homely touches are apparent in the tasteful use of fabrics and furnishing.

Bedroom 1 with double four-poster bed and en-suite bath, washbasin and WC. leeps 2 + Cot Mill Cottage is part of the former Mill and in the lounge/dining room many of the original Mill workings are suspended from the massive oak beamed ceiling. There is a well-equipped kitchen with fitted oak units and three pretty bedrooms, the master bedroom having a four-poster bed. Mill Cottage has its own private driveway and a hillside garden that overlooks the lake. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner. Kitchen. First Floor: Bedroom 1 with four-poster bed and washbasin. Riverside and Dairy Cottages are both furnished to a very high standard each with a four-poster bed in the master bedroom. The decor features exposed stone and brick walls, beams and brass fittings.
