The Mandalay is a beautiful Edwardian property, containing 3 very large self-catering holiday apartments. It is in an enviable location within the beautiful natural conservation area of Roundham Paigtnon (Torbay). Easily accessible to: Paignton Harbour, Paignton seafront, Goodrington sands, Clennon Valley sports centre Paignton Zoo, Quay West and other attractions in Torbay.

A Little About Us .......

David and Deborah Price took over the ownership of the Mandalay in December 2003. Since then have been continually improving the quality and range of facilities the Mandalay has to offer, in December 2005 they decided to convert into modern spacious holiday apartments, to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

All flats are accessible after entering the main building, at Mandalay you will feel immediately at home, available for your use, a choice of books games and puzzles. Bedding is provided free of charge.

The Apartments .......

Apartment 1 (Ground Floor) sleeps 4

Is a ground floor self contained holiday flat, comprising of a lounge with sea views a DVD player and a 32 inch flatscreen TV with freeview, a kitchen area fitted with a full size cooker, fridge freezer compartment, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron + ironing board etc. It also has a separate double bedroom with an en-suite wc and shower and your own private balcony with sea views and patio table and chairs for your enjoyment. Why not make the most of your private balcony by having a meal and bottle of wine while enjoying the beautiful views of the bay.

Tariff 2009 - £200 - £325 per week

Apartment 2 sleeps 6

Large self contained holiday flat with separate well equipped kitchen fitted with full size cooker, fridge with separate freezer, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, iron + ironing board etc. With a supersize lounge with a digital 32 inch flatscreen TV and DVD player dining table and chairs bed settee plenty of space for a put-u-up if required. Leading to a separate bedroom with double bed and bunk beds with en-suite shower and wc.

Tariff 2009 - £225 - £450 per week

Apartment 3 sleeps 6

A large self contained holiday flat, with a separate well equipped kitchen, containing a full size cooker, fridge freezer, electric kettle, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, toaster, iron + ironing board etc. A very large lounge with beautiful sea views, with a digital 32 inch flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD player dinning table and chairs, single bed (with single bed underneath), bed settee with plenty of floor space for a put-u-up if required. Leading to a separate bedroom fitted with a double bed, en-suite shower and wc. With your own private balcony fitted with patio table and chairs with beautiful sea views.
