Moorlands House Bed And Breakfast is a small, family run B&B situated on the edge of Belstone, an unspoilt village within the Dartmoor National Park.

ACCOMMODATION

This large Victorian house is surrounded by open moorland and yet only a 5 minute walk to the village pub!

We have two double en-suite bedrooms with a further twin room available for groups or families. There is a downstairs lounge with TV, video and plenty of books to read in front of the woodburning stove.

LOCATION

The delightful village of Belstone sits at an altitude of 1,000 feet on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon. Its situation makes it the ideal base for walkers, riders and cyclists to enjoy spectacular views, yet is within a short distance of the amenities in Okehampton.

The village pub, The Tors Inn, offers excellent home cooked meals, a selection of real ales and an impressive list of single malts. Other pubs and restaurants can also be found in the neighbouring villages.

Moorlands House B&B is situated between the River Taw and the River Okement. Their many pools offer great swimming places in the summertime.

WALKING

Moorlands House Bed And Breakfast is a great starting point for variety of moorland walks. It is located in the perfect spot for the serious walker seeking a challenging trek over the high moor or for a gentler ramble to the Nine Maidens stone circle.

The scenery from Belstone Tor is wonderful, with great views of the Devon countryside.
