is a stunning modern duplex apartment set on the waterfront
at Westward Ho! and only a few steps from the beach and the
sea. It offers unsurpassed Westward views of sandy beaches
and ocean sunsets.

The accommodation comprises:
- On the first floor: The master bedroom has a king size
four poster bed and large ensuite bathroom, with wc, bath,
shower, basin and bidet. There is a balcony overlooking
the sea.
- The second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the town.
- Both bedrooms have ample storage and cupboard space.
- The second bathroom has a shower, basin and wc. It also
houses the washer dryer, with storage cupboards above.
- The second floor is entirely open plan, with a unique
curved ceiling and glass walls on two sides. The fully fitted
kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge,
freezer and microwave. The kitchen is extremely well equipped.
- The dining area has a dining table which seats six and
leads to a balcony which overlooks the town.
- The living area has two comfortable leather sofas and
two armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR combi player and
music system. There is a wide selection of books, games,
DVDs and CDs. The living area leads to a large balcony which
has panoramic sea views and outdoor furniture - perfect
for enjoying a drink on a warm summer's evening!
- A travel cot is provided (please bring linen for the cot)
and a highchair. All other linen and towels, including beach
towels, are provided.
- There are two secure parking spaces allocated to the apartment.
