ACCOMMODATION

Nestlecombe is a small, cosy, comfortable ground floor holiday apartment in a block of 4.

It is very well furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

It sleeps 2-4 people and comprises, sitting room with separate dining area, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and 2nd bedroom with bunk beds.

It has it's own parking area and a real ale pub nearby.

LOCATION

Branscombe is a quiet, picturesque village on the Jurassic Coast, East Devon, a world heritage site. It is full of character with thatched cottages, an old church, forge and water mill. It is nestled in a long wooded valley, criss-crossed with footpaths and full of birds and wildlife.

The unspoilt beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, with dramatic cliffs where the limestone of Dorset meets the red sandstone of Devon. The coastal path along the clifftops with stunning scenery, go to Sidmouth in one direction and Beer in the other.

Historic Lyme Regis and Exeter are both about 20 miles away.

In a recent poll in 'The Guardian', Branscombe was voted one of the best 100 beaches.

Our apartment is an ideal base for exploring this fantastic area of the country. As written in the guest book by many of our customers, 'a perfect place for a perfect holiday, we will definitely come again'.
