The apartment is conveniently situated behind the Inn on the Green, which is a family pub and restaurant on Paignton seafront, within easy level walking distance of town's shops, amenities and varied eating venues and beach with bus/train stations and taxis close by.

The apartment is on the ground floor and open all year round. It sleeps 5 people and comprises of hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 double bed and 1 bed settee in the lounge.

Paignton is lying in the centre of the magnificent sweep of Torbay and is one of the premier resorts in this area with its fine sands which stretch for a mile, from Hollicombe Head in the north to Paignton's small but busy Harbour in the south, with its fishing trips and boat trips.

Goodrington Sands is on the southern edge of Paignton and is one of Torbay's most popular beaches with the Quay West Water Park attraction only 5 minutes from the apartment by car.

On the seafront is Paignton Pier with its variety of traditional seaside entertainments for everyone Paignton offers enjoyment and a relaxing atmosphere for all ages, with its pubs, cinemas, crazy golf, water sports, cream teas and traditional ice creams.

Very close by there are two well established coarse fishing lakes, which include big Carp, so don't forget your rods!

Also at the heart of Paignton you have its local shops, restaurants, amusement arcades and of course Paignton Zoo, which is one of the most popular attractions in Torbay. Torquay, also known as the English Riviera is only a short distance from Paignton, with its endless activities and bustling night life.

Brixham is a quaint, old fishing village which offers leisurely strolls around its historic Harbour and beautiful views and coastal walks.

All these places and many more are all close to the apartment and easily reached by car, bus, train or taxi, so there is never a problem about travelling around.
