Each flat is fully equipped ready for your self catering holiday on the beautiful English Riviera.

The Apartments

Ground Floor Holiday Flat 3 (sleeps 3)
This spacious flat has a lounge, bedroom with double bed and a single divan bed.

Fully equipped galley kitchen/dining room with a full size cooker, microwave, toaster & fridge freezer.

Its own bathroom, gas central heating. An adjacent bedsit room is available to groups of 4 persons or families for an additional £100 per week.

A designated car parking space is provided for the duration of your stay.

Electricity and gas are supplied to all the flats by £1 coin meter.

First Floor Holiday Flat 2 (sleeps 2)
Spacious lounge with kitchenette area with full size electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, colour television and radio. Double bedroom with bathroom, WC and gas central heating.

This holiday flat can be occupied by up to 4 persons or families with the use of an adjacent bedroom for an additional £100 per week.
A shower is available on the same floor.

Electricity and gas are supplied to all the flats by £1 coin meter.


Second Floor Holiday Flat 1 (sleeps 2)
Lounge with kitchenette area with full size electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, radio and colour television. Double bedroom. Shower room/W.

Electricity is supplied to all the flats by £1 coin meter.

Access Information:
New Haven Holiday Apartments are situated on the level, reached by a gradient from Torquay Harbour and Seafront.

To avoid walking up the hill, the property can be approached by using the number 12 bus. The bus stop is 100 metres from the property, virtually on the level.

The front door of the property has one step.

The ground floor flat will manage a wheelchair to all rooms except the toilet.

The stairs to the first floor of this Edwardian House are standard tread.

TORQUAY

Torquay seafront starts from the harbourside with its many coffee houses, interesting snack bars with servings from over the world, Living Coast seaside nature reserve / aquarium, original department stores, gift shops, night clubs and many bars.

There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks to rival any in the South West of England, with a climate that belongs somewhere much further south. Stunning views are to be seen just about everywhere across the Bay, out over the English Channel, along the 40 miles of Lyme Bay to Portland Bill or inland towards the Tors of Dartmoor.
