Welcome to North Morte Farm

Caravan and Camping ParkOur family-run caravan park, adjoining National trust land, is only 500 yards from Rockham Beach and is set in some of the most spectacular countryside in the southwest. This stretch of coastline contains many wonderful beaches - some are quite small with their rock pools and cliffs, whereas Woolacombe has over two miles of golden sands. With normal care bathing is quite safe and can be enjoyed at all tides and it is ideal for all water sports - surfing, canoeing etc.

North Morte is also only 5 minutes from the village of Mortehoe with a post office, shops, café and pubs.

Choice of Accommodation

Holiday Homes

We have a choice of 4, 6, and 8 berth holiday caravans all fully equipped except for linen and all having ample carparking. We regret that dogs are not accepted in our Holiday Homes.

Touring and Camping Facilities

  • Open from Easter to the end of October, facilities include:
  • Hot showers
  • Laundry room with washing machines, spin drier and tumble driers
  • Hair dryers
  • Ironing facilities
  • Shop and off-licence
  • Calor Gas and Camping Gaz &
  • Children's Play Area
  • Dogs are accepted in our touring and camping facilities.

Out and About in the Area

You will be spoilt for choice on your holiday to North Devon. The whole area offers stunning moorland and coastal scenery, and a spectacular coastline with numerous sandy golden beaches and wonderful coastal walking.

There is an excellent choice of attractions for all ages including:

The Big Sheep, Tarka Cycle Trail, Milky Way and, Rosemoor Garden, Dartington Crystal, Atlantic Shopping village, and many National Trust properties such as Arlington Court and Lundy Island.

Outdoors activity opportunities include: horse riding, cycling, walking, golf, fishing, windsurfing, sailing and surfing.
