ACCOMMODATION

Forty-six apartments are situated throughout the crescent, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. Most have sea views. Each one is totally individual in design and furnishings and provides "home from home" comforts together with a high standard of accommodation.

Apartments comprise a lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen [most with dishwasher], 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom [some with additional en suite/cloakroom].

The 5½ acres of gardens overlook Torbay and there is easy access to Meadfoot Beach and the South-West Coastal path. There is parking in the grounds and a bus service runs from outside the gates

Guests have use of the leisure facilities of The Osborne Hotel which is at the centre of the crescent: indoor/outdoor pool, tennis court and putting green (additional charge for gymnasium and sauna). There is a restaurant, a Brasserie for more casual dining and in the summer daily barbecues on the terrace overlooking the sea.

LOCATION

Torquay has been a fashionable resort since the 19th century. With its mild climate and famous palm trees, it has a Mediterranean atmosphere.

The Osborne Club is in an ideal position to enjoy the best of the English Riviera, with 22 miles of wonderful coastline and numerous beaches. Meadfoot Beach and the coastal footpath are literally at the "bottom of the garden".

In one direction is Torquay harbour and the town centre with restaurants and shopping. Across Torbay are Brixham and Paignton, with its famous Zoo and steam train to Dartmouth. In the other direction towards Babbacombe are Kents Cavern and the Model Village, going further along the coast to Teignmouth and Dawlish.

Further afield is Dartmoor, Exeter and Plymouth or trips down to Cornwall to see the Eden Project or various National Trust properties throughout the South-West.
