Park farmhouse dates back to the mid 19th century and was the home of an important shipowner who had an interest in many of the fruit schooners built in the shipyards of Salcombe that traded to the canaries and the West Indies. The farmhouse has recently been refurbished and lovingly restored by its current owners Lucy and Mark Davies and family. The farmhouse provides a delightful place to stay for a bed and breakfast based holiday being so conveniently located between Kingsbridge and Salcombe, right in the heart of this area of South Devon known as the South Hams. The farmhouse is located on a 70-acre grass farm, home to Aberdeen Angus cattle and Heinz sheep and has absolutely splendid views over the surrounding countryside and estuary towards the internationally renowned sailing resort of Salcombe and historical market town of Kingsbridge. This is a walker's and bird watcher's paradise being a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Our
