Pressland Country House presents a warm and welcoming escape to the rural countryside in the heart of Devonshire. Pressland House is the perfect place to stay for an exploration of the West Country and has been prepared with our most discerning guests in mind following a two year refurbishment. Great attention to the detail has been made so that when you holiday with us you experience something a little different and also have all the creature comforts you would expect.

Built in the 1850s Pressland House is full of character and situated only 1.5 miles from the historic Market Town of Hatherleigh and six miles from Okehampton and the edge of Dartmoor. Surrounded by fields and glorious view towards Dartmoor and West Devon Pressland House is a wonderful place to get away from it all and from here you can explore Devon and Cornwall, enjoy the countryside and amazing North Cornish/Devon beaches and coastline or enjoy the any number of visitor attractions in the South West.

Pressland House is 35 minutes from the North Cornish and Devon coasts, 10 minutes from the A30 and Dartmoor and 40 minutes from Exeter Cathedral and City Centre.
