Located in a tucked away position minutes from Royal Torbay Yacht Club, harbour, marina, shops, beaches and restaurants with added bonus of car port parking. 

Ground floor is kitchen/diner, upstairs is a lounge, double bedroom and a shower room. Fully fitted to a high specification, ceramic hob, integrated appliances, granite worktops etc. (Some restricted headroom upstairs).

Well-equipped kitchen/diner with Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Combi Microwave, Integrated Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Toaster, Kettle, Liquidiser, Granite Worktops and CD/Stereo/Radio.

Plenty of saucepans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Everything you need to make your holiday relaxed and memorable.

First Floor
The lounge is equipped with a two seater sofa and another armchair, tables, lamps, DVD and flat screen TV. The double bedroom has bedside cupboards, lamps and clothes hanging space. The luxury shower room has a thermostatic shower, WC and basin.

Outside
The car port with space for one car is directly outside the property.

The Quarter Berth is ideally located for exploring South Devon. This area is famed for its sandy beaches, coastal scenery, rural countryside, attractive towns and villages and a very wide variety of things to see and do for all ages and interests.
