The 18' by 15' lounge/dining area is furnished with sofas looking over the bay. There is a flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, combi player and a music system with iPod/MP3 connection player and a music system with iPod/MP3 connection. There is a wide selection of books, tourist information, games, DVDs and videos.

• The dining area sits up to eight people (plus a high chair).
• The lounge leads onto the 29' x 8' balcony through large panoramic sliding windows. Look over the ship-like rails and at high tide the sea is right below you.
• The master bedroom. 14' x 14', looks out directly across the bay. Sliding doors open onto the balcony. It is luxuriously appointed with King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with WC, basin and shower cubicle.
• The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
• The third bedroom has full sized bunk beds, chest of drawers and a toy box (full!).
• The main bathroom has WC, basin and bath with hand shower.
