Smytham can offer you both hard standings and grass pitches, as well as a variety of areas to camp around the park. and around the Old Walled Garden. This all grass area is popular with families and small groups. The Walled Garden has sheltered pitches and a limited number of electric hook ups, as well as easy access to the outdoor pool.

Welcome to Smytham Manor, North Devon. Where you can enjoy a stress free break, own Your own Holiday Home holiday in our luxury lodges or camp in our spacious grounds, in the heart of peaceful North Devon.

Smytham Manor is a family run Holiday Park with 23 acres of space, we are a low density park with two developments of Holiday Homes with open parkland between offering you freedom for 50 weeks of the year.

You will approach Smytham along its ½ mile long private driveway which runs between fields and is partly hedged with Rhododendron and lined with Beech, Oak and Chestnut trees, then the Park’s twenty three acres of landscaped grounds will open out before you.

Contained in its own secluded valley the grounds consist of extensive grass areas with attractive shrubberies, which extend towards the woodland ponds where you can always find a peaceful spot to just sit and enjoy nature. With the low density Holiday Home development occupies a small proportion of the Park, there is plenty of open space for recreation.

The Park offers a solar heated outdoor swimming pool and sun patio sheltered within the old walled garden. Whilst for the children we have a games room, outside play equipment, and outdoor games Kid's can even bring thier bikes to enjoy all the open space.

Further a field there is lots to do within easy reach, golf courses, fishing, horse riding and water sports to name a few, as well as walking and cycling from the park on the Tarka Trail.
