Swallows Eaves is a small, privately owned, wisteria-clad hotel set in the pretty village of Colyford.

Located within its own grounds, we are an ideal venue for guests looking to relax, enjoy themselves & visit this area of outstanding natural beauty.

ACCOMMODATION

Set in the glorious countryside of East Devon, "where country meets coast", Swallows Eaves is a small, privately owned, wisteria-clad hotel set in the pretty village of Colyford.

Located within it's own grounds with private car park we offer our guests the perfect place to relax and get away from the stresses of day to day life.

Our eight attractive bedrooms are beautifully decorated offering a high standard of accommodation and includes digital TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, complimentary Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries & beverage tray. Several have glorious views across the wooded hills of the Axe valley, while others overlook our gardens and grounds.

Reeds restaurant has been remodelled into a light & airy room, accommodating just 22 people. It offers an intimate dining experience where top quality food is provided at reasonable prices is carefully prepared using local fresh produce and where the quality is matched by seamless service.

LOCATION

In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village of Colyford is ideally positioned between the coastal towns of Lyme Regis to the East, Sidmouth to the West and the market town of Honiton to the North.

Branscombe and the historic fishing village of Beer are both within a few miles drive and further afield the Cathedral city of Exeter offers excellent shopping as well as theatres, museums, restaurants and art galleries.
