Nestling on a hillside location enjoying over 65 acres of parkland within the Clennon Valley Hoburne Torbay boasts panoramic sea views across Torbay.

Staying on the park there is all you need to enjoy a relaxing break take a swim in the Indoor Leisure Pool Complex or Outdoor Pools enjoy food & drink in the Bayview Restaurant & Bar, in the evening why not relax & enjoy the Entertainment & Cabaret in the Riviera Showbar.

For children there is The Reef Childrens World Area, Cartoon Room, Adventure Playground, & not forgetting the Sammy Seahorse Club with sports, games, activities & competitions for 4 to 11 year olds.

We have a range of holiday homes available for hire at Hoburne Paignton from our cosy two bedroom ten feet wide models to our more spacious two & three bedroom twelve feet wide models.

Two bedroom accommodation have a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

Three bedroom models have a third bedroom with a additional 2 single beds. Holiday Homes are categorised as follows A Plus, A1, A2, B Plus, B1 & B2 where the word ‘Plus’ follows a letter this means that that Holiday Home boasts more refined furnishings or is larger in size.

Accommodation layouts differ from model to model & the size of our accommodation also varies but they are generally between 28 to 35 Feet in length & 10 to 12 Feet in width. All our Holiday Homes are fully equipped with duvets & pillows but you need to provide your own bed linen or you may hire it from ourselves.

A hire service is available and any item hired from ourselves will be placed in your accommodation prior to your arrival ready for your immediate use and collected on the day of your departure. All our Holiday Homes are all electric and electricity is included in the tariff along with club membership.

Elsewhere on the park you will find a well stocked Mini Supermarket, Takeaway & Laundrette.

Venturing off the park Paignton Town Centre, Harbour & Long Sandy Beaches can be reached either by walking, car or bus. Goodrington Sands with the Quaywest Beach Resort & Water Park is a short walk away while a short drive or bus ride takes you to Torquay where Shops, Palm Trees &
